LORDAE NOW ACCEPTS ACH / DIRECT DEBIT!
Tenants can now have their monthly rent debited directly from their checking accounts using ACH Payments.
Simply download and fill out the ACH registration form and send it back to BILLING@LORDAE.COM. Once enrolled, your
checking account will be debited automatically each month, saving you the cost of postage or even the a costly late fee.

Be sure to include the payment coupon (the bottom portion of your bill) and write your unit reference number (located
on the top right of your statement) on your check’s memo line.
